US Pipelining was part of a $175 million-dollar renovation project for one of the premier resort properties in North America. Built in 2012 at a cost of nearly $2.5 billion dollars, the “Revel” is one of the “most expensive” & “lavish” resorts in the country.
US Pipelining along with Northeast Mechanical were contracted to renovate the piping system supporting the massive spa and pool systems. Almost 3 miles of pipe was restored by US Pipelining using a structural epoxy coating while another 3,000 feet of piping was mechanically replaced by Northeast Mechanical.
A hallmark of the resort is Ocean Resort’s sprawling health and relaxation complex of massage booth indoor outdoor pool facilities. While there are separate whirlpool baths and steam rooms for each gender, men and women can mingle in the 32,000 square foot spa and co-ed bathhouse with heated mineral pools, Turkish baths, salt grotto, and vast pool facilities.
